Booking Policy

  • CANCELLATION + NO SHOWS

    In the busy world we live in sometimes appointments are forgotten. Your stylist's time is very valuable, as is yours. Your stylist will be at the salon waiting for you and they do need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment. All new sets require full payment at the time of booking via card (Square payments).

    Please give at least 24 hours notice at info@chiclashlondon.com for cancellations, changes and reschedules. Cancellation and refunds with more than 24hrs notice incur a 2.5% card processing fee. There is a 50% fee of the booking amount for a cancellation, change or reschedule for any reason within 24 hours, and within 4 hours or no-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

  • ARRIVAL (Preparation Tips here)

    Please arrive with clean, makeup and cream free lashes. Extra time spent cleaning will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

  • In busy periods like Summer or Christmas there may be a 2-week wait for new appointments. We advise to book in advance for special occasions like holidays and weddings, and to book your next infill at the end of your appointments if you intend to maintain them regularly.

  • Lashes less than 40% left of the initial set will be charged as a new set. Infill frequency is based on an individual’s lash growth cycle, number of natural lashes and quality of aftercare . Infills are valid within 4 calendar weeks of your last appointment. (Aftercare tips here!)

  • Lash extensions aren’t recommended for those with significant bald gaps in the natural lashes, or very curly lashes (e.g. from having a recent LVL/lash-lift treatment).

  • PRIOR ALLERGIES
    If you have had eyelash extensions from another salon and experienced an allergic reaction this treatment is not recommended and non-refundable in the event of a repeat allergy. Please book a patch test redeemable against a new set at least 24 hours prior to the treatment.

  • AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS

    Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After-hours appointments are available on a case by case basis for an additional £50 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after-hours appointment.

  • REFUND POLICY
    If you are unhappy for any reason we offer either a free 30min fix or a free removal and refund within 48 hours of your appointment. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours are charged at full price for the service and there will be no refunds for services rendered.
